How many dialysis stations do you have?
We operate as a boutique dialysis clinic with exactly 8 specialized treatment stations. This limited capacity allows us to provide an intimate, quiet environment with highly personalized medical attention that you won’t find in large, corporate chains.
What are your operating hours?
Our clinic operates from Monday to Saturday based on scheduled patient shifts. Please contact us directly to discuss available time slots that best fit your weekly routine.

Do I need a referral to start dialysis treatment at your center?
Generally, a referral or medical orders from your primary nephrologist are required to begin treatment. However, our coordination team is here to assist you. Contact us, and we will help communicate with your doctors to obtain the necessary clinical records and ensure a smooth admission.
I am visiting Miami on vacation. Can I receive my dialysis treatments at your clinic?
Absolutely. We welcome transient and traveling patients. Please contact us at least a few weeks before your trip to Miami so we can coordinate your medical records, verify your insurance, and schedule your shifts seamlessly.

How do you protect my health information?
Your privacy is our top priority. We operate in strict compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All patient records, billing information, and clinical data are managed through secure, encrypted systems to ensure complete confidentiality.
Is it safe to send my medical records through your website?
Standard website contact forms are not intended for transmitting highly sensitive medical data. For your security, we ask that you do not submit specific diagnosis details or medical records through our online forms. Any formal processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) is conducted exclusively through our secure patient portals or directly with our admissions team.
